  | I felt like doing something a little more old school for myself after the more painterly stuff I have been doing of late. This is another shot at my character, Valania. I was never happy with the other one that is still posted here, and had started a few new projects with her that never got off the ground. I was motivated this time to start with something that at least looked like it was inked, as that is how I always used to work. This piece is also a bit of a tribute to the fine work of Warren Louw, which I am sure if you are familiar, you will see the influence. Photoshop and Wacom, about 15 hours. |
