Sorry to be the first one to tell you this, but you need ALOT of improvement. Any way, you will get better. I am a very critical person, sorry about that. Never stop drawing! Art makes up the world! Art is life!

:-) Rebecca Dahl replies: "Okey. I am glad that you're honest. I've just started to draw, so I hope I will get better. It's a natural development. 2"

WOW! Great art, i like the technique. I just made a new fantasy & Sci-Fi message board with loads of stuff like general chit chat, rpg's and places where you can post ya art work, stories and computer generated art for free. It's pretty new so i'm hoping to start an art kind of community where people can ask for help or give help on whatever or just generally have fun. Hope to see you there.

i liek your artwork but i think if you get some darker shades in, it would look way cooler. hopefully on my board if you post your work you'l' be able to ask for help or show off your masterpeices. but keep it up!

:-) Rebecca Dahl replies: "Thanks alot! Always happy to get a positive comment! Thanks for the tip about darker colours. As a matter of fact I have already darkened the grass on one of the pics. I think that my coloured pics so far are more in the "light" catergory. Happy Faeries and Elves. But if I draw darker pics I will use darker colours. Another problem i had was that a lot of colour vanished when I scanned the drawings. I will use the pencils harder from now on 2And I will definetly check out that address! 2"

Wow u joined my board cool.

when your drawing your picture, think about which direction your light source is going to come from. on that side make it lighter colours and on the opposite make it darker, that should give you more of a 3D effect.

if u managed to cipher any of that it should work lol.

Always use a black waterproofed pen for the outlines....Or you won'r get rid of this blurry effect.
But very sweet gallery for the start!

:-) Rebecca Dahl replies: "okay, thanks for the tip 2"

Your art is a good start. I'm glad that you're working on improvements because you have got promise. ^^ Elfwood's a good site for improving drawing, I've found. Are you taking any lessons, or self-taught? Anyway. Good luck on improvements! ^^

:-) Rebecca Dahl replies: "Thank you 2 It realy means alot to me that someone likes my drawings2 I´m not taking any lessons at the moment, but it would be fun to someday take lessons, and to get tips from the "pros" 2"
