  | Captain Karlsen is a Sol Federation Officer, responsible for the upkeep of Federal political doctrine among military personell. He is a fanatic, with little regard for the rights of civilians, or enemy captives, who fall within his units' sphere of operations. This picture started life as a cartoon picture of a friend of mine, Nick 'Lord Bish' Thomas, but the crazed expression on the characters' face inspired me to use it to portray this dangerous lunatic. Any other similarity to Mr Thomas, is of course, purely coincidental.... |
