SciFi and Fantasy Art Fantastic Four? by Liz Chesterman

I was planning on attending The Gathering, the annual Gargoyles convention, in 2002. Thus I wanted to take some pictures with me to hopefully get into the art show. I was rather surprised to come up with such a great idea for a picture. The trio and Angela as the Fantastic Four? Holy crap. Originally they were going to be on one page, but I split and enlarged it to two. The result happens to be the favourite of eight pieces taken.

For those of you who haven't seen the show in a while, or are unsure of the Fantastic Four, here's the lineup: Angela as Sue 'Invisible Woman' Storm, Broadway as Ben 'The Thing' Grimm, Lexington as Reed 'Mr. Fantastic' Richards, and Brooklyn as Johnny 'The Human Torch' Storm.

(That's the orange one, right? It's been quite a few years since I've seen the show ^_^) Nice coloring job. And congratulations on getting Moderator's Choice!

28 Aug 2002	12 yr old mxr boy	Loading... ONCE AGAIN! im going to make a coment in the defense of the artist(even though she has done well already) as i did once before. (refer to the cheetara pic to see my um... chosen words. you stup1d AS$ id1ot, why would you come in here and freaking dish on the artist when she is a volunteer, not being paid to put her art on elfwood. you should be full of gratitude towards her for letting you view this wonderfull art. (and that show rips!)sorry if i hurt that not so nice persons feelings.
5 Apr 2003	Maija Merrypaws Lempiäinen	Loading... Man, I really cracked when I saw this pic. Don't ask me why, I generally laugh at the weirdest things. And as to the conversation of whether Gargoyles is good or not, I've never seen a single episode, but just listening to sound clips and looking at pictures around the net has made me a big fan, so there's got to be that special 'something' in it.
15 Sep 2003	Me	Loading... gargoyles was too long ago for me to remember properly but yeah this is great, I remember my favourite being the purple one. I also love the fantastic four and especially like the 'human torch' in this picture. And you're right about that ignorant person, he is criticising when he has never seen the show, lol
