SciFi and Fantasy Art Ogoman by Karoline -Due- Berstad

Anyone seen '12 Monkeys' here? This is the man from the asylum who constantly visits The Planet Ogo, as I vaguely remember him. The music group Terra Ferma has taken two monologues from the movie and woven them into two different songs ... first monologue is the one the Ogoman deliveres, the second is the one Bruce Willis gives as he is pleading his case with the Asylum's Wardens. The Ogoman monolouge was the one who made me draw this one. :)
