Hmm...eh....When I'm going through your new stories, I'll pick out american words, if you like? yeah, please do so. It interests me. But you know what I find especially bizarre? How maneuver is manoeuvre in British English. Or fetus into foetus. I remember that extra o really confused me when I was little and unskilled in the ways of English ^_^ Bugs me too. What poem you doing? Ah, one poem or another. I found "rime" when I was looking up the definition of alliteration or consonance or something in the poetry book.

How do you spend Christmas?
Did you know in Germany, you can go to the movies and watch these hours long shows of just English adverts? They think they're hilarious, apparently. Rather odd, I thought. But then, I suppose we do have rather awesome adverts. Even if they can get a touch irritating.
