Number one, I think that faeries or people or even animals who are related to the element of wind should definitely be graceful and delicate like wind itself, and their hair is very important!
Now this specific wind faerie is, to me, perfect. She's so graceful and slender, poised perfectly in the wind. I love her hands and her legs, especially her dainty feet. And I, my friend, am a person who generally hates feet. But those, I admit, are perfect, beautiful feet, and instill no fear in me.
Her hair is also perfect. Whipped gently by the wind; long and blue and soft. The way it is ruffled up at the roots is really great, I'd never be able to do that! This is one wonderful picture. I like the background, too, and the fact that you used that wonderful blue, because it works well with her fair skin tone.
Once again, the word I can use to describe all of your works... ...Wow.

Aside from massive envy (honestly, who looks like that?!) I love this. She looks totally carefree, just like in my flying dreams... except I'm not naked in my flying dreams.

Ahh... The true meaning of "sky-clad". Heehee! Very nice detail with the hair. And, yes, I can definitely see Wendy Pini's influence on your work. She's got the Glider's grace.
