I loved the old Japaness monster movies from the 60's and 70's, i.e. godzilla. The best parts of those flicks were the battle scenes between the giant monsters and this pic immediately put me in mind of those great moments. Your pic isn't the least bit cheesy like those old movies were but it does have the same earth-shaking feeling to it.
I'm expecting to hear the dino's jaw snap at any moment, but I'm pretty sure he has a trick up his scales that he's getting ready to spring on the dragon. Grrr!

This is a beautiful piece... i love the detail. However, I see that you have fallen for the Jurassic Park spinosuarus. Great pic, beautifully rendered, but look up what a REAL spinosaurous (sp?)looks like and you'll see that they were really docile-looking, actually...
Anyway, I an fond of the JP version because I love scaly snarly things and it's just so... well, scaly and snarly.
Kudos. And, once again, I love your art!!!
