	The mare shields her offspring from curious onlookers while they enjoy the pleasant midday sunshine. I've used colored pencils and gel pens to depict them, I don't think I've done them justice, though. They're far more beautiful in real life... :-)

I can't pry my eyes from the mare's wings and mane... so pretty... ah... color ^___^ And the look in her eye, too, you've really captured that motherly protectiveness look. She's like, "Hey you, over there. Oooh yes you. You're not touchin' my baby." Heehee.

11 Jan 2006	Carrie	Loading... I love this one. Along with all your others, honestly. I've noticed a trend.. (not a bad thing, of course) Amazing detail, and the suns.. (lots of horses and dragons too, again, not a bad thing at all.) Personally, I would've probably made it easier to see which on is which.. the wings from each horse almost blended at first glance.. But still. Amazing job. Better than I could've produced. ^^

Marbach	Loading... woooooooow, this is beautiful!!!!! it reminds me a bit of a TV show there used to be about a purple pegasus, something called in french like "cheval de feu", i don't quite remember, but you've brought such a feeling of awe of when you're a kid and are stunned about a creature...!
