I haven't been active on Elfwood for a while... Whew. It's been a busy & difficult time for me. Right now I've added 4 new drawings; the pieces I've removed from Elfwood (to make space for the newer ones) can still be found in my deviantART page.

 As for my art, I use pencils and sometimes pens and ink, plain and simple. Pics take 3 to *insert huge number here* hours of work, depending on size, detail level etc. My fav artists are (though I try no to be influenced by them): Durer, Klimt, Schiele, Dali, Kahlo, Van Gogh, Da Vinci, Picasso, Mucha, Giger. Artists I intensely dislike: Andy Warhol (and so-called "modern" and "pop" artists in general) and 90% of all Fantasy cover artists,especially Boris Vallejo. I happen to like Ciruelo Cabral's dragons, though, but that's pretty much it, as far as typical Fantasy art is concerned. A lot of my inspiration stems from music: Apocalyptica, Nine Inch Nails, Depeche Mode and a lot more, from classical to thrash metal. I have a thing for reptiles (and own a fairly large snake), FPS games -my faves being DOOM 3 and the Thief series- and spectacular movies. The Dark Knight forever!

I haven’t had much time to draw in the years since, especially since high school. I regret that, too. Sometimes I consider posting all of the old things I did when I was eleven and first visiting your page, commenting on every single piece of your artwork. Although, especially at that age, it’s nowhere near what you’ve done on here . I was going to go back through your gallery and try to comment on all I’ve missed, but my god, you know how much I just love all of your work.
