This drawing was a challenge to myself, to see what I could do by taking my time, especially on the scenery, which is where I usually get sloppy...

Edit: I have been asked to provide more reason as to why this piece is fantasy - and looking at it again, I can see why! :P
So, here's the story that was going through my head as it was being drawn:
The place was once home to a powerful empire, long ago forgotten and left to be reclaimed by the earth, the spirits that remain are left in anguish as their magnificent home is enveloped.
A young woman, making her way through the jungle, stumbles upon the ruins. She can feel the power eminating from the stones, but she does not understand that the further inside she goes, the quicker she herself will be consumed.. The spirits are always longing for a companion.
