SciFi and Fantasy Art Swords of Knights by Joshua Doten Davids

Basically this is just a group of swords i had sketched out in a book, did them the same day as i did good and evil. the last two i did up for Jose Rafael Cruzpagan III, his link is on my page here. the last two from the right are ther sword for his paladin character Lancer that is the second one from the right. the one with the serrations is for his Lich Lord Baulter character as well. at least the images that came in my mind anyways. i highly recommend you go and visit his gallery he gots some really great stuff.

also as a side note on some of the swords here i messed up during inking so the edges aren't all that smooth and crisp. mostly for the fact the muscles in my hands decided to go screwy on my and start twitching, i got nerve damage throughout my hands and arms so i have very little fine motor control at times. also the reason i can't do any metal shading right now, hands work copperate with me.

And the shading and colouring is well done too, not to mention that the proportions are awesomely realistic. Awesome work dude, keep it up!

Hey i noticed your brill weapons and well i was was wondering if you could draw me a sword thats for my evil character called The Tormentor, it has to be quite big and long as he is a giant demon. It needs to have little skulls and fire around the blade. If you could that would be great thanks
30 Nov 2005	Thomas	Loading... Hey.. good looking swords. I must comment on the job you did on lining up the handles with the blades.. and also, the symmetry of the guards. However, i must say, it looks rather like variations on the same sword, instead of a group of different swords. I'd like to see more, E-Mail me sometime, i'll see if i can scan a few of my sword pictures to send.
