"Trident Set" by Joshua Doten Davids

Drowning death, dragon’s wake, the devil’s advocate, and angel’s lament.

The Drowning Death trident I sketched out in about an hour or so and this is my favorite out of all of the designs so far. For some reason it just screams evil goddess of the deep oceans for me. There will be a full story for this one coming later on, same with all the tridents.

Ok next one is an old name from my early days of the gallery when I drew out a spear that looked more like a trident and this is the redrawn version of it. the basic story behind this one was a silver dragon’s offspring was saved from being killed by a red dragon by a group of humans. In thanks the dragon had this weapon made that could help them in their quest to kill off all evil dragon unbeknownst to that good dragon their goal was killing all dragon and was later killed by its own creation.

The third one for some reason just tells me a story featured in the nine hells or maybe the abyss, of great evil and even greater destruction.

This last one when I was trying to come up with the beginning of a story behind it I showed it to my wife and she remarked it looked like a spiritual weapon and thus its name. the ultimate paradox those who are charged to saved lives at times must take them.
