SciFi and Fantasy Art Trident by Joshua Doten Davids

Israeh Sasateesh, the bridge between land and sea Ok first off this is my first trident attempt, took me an hour alone to sketch out and get to look right. The symmetry alone was…ug. This is also done at the request of someone, Anyways the story behind this one. The elves of the deep and dark blue sea after a long and bitter war between their land based brethren and some human privateers who enslaved the elves of the land and the water elves stayed out of decided to make this trident as a gift to their land based brethren to better do battle on the seas as well as serve as a bridge between the two races. It has the power not only to allow any number of beings to breathe under water but it can create tempest that has seen little like it in the history of man or elf, it can also summon great beings from the plane of water and various other epic stuff. Hope you all like it. And since it is my first attempt I will try to improve, get better.

4 Nov 2004	Baelin	Loading... Man this is amazing. i'm glad you finally got it made. this is definately going to be a character weapon. well thanks for drawing it. peace out man, and thanks again. Joshua Doten Davids replies: "thank ya and your welcome though this won't be my only trident i plan on working up a few more for the gallery. this was my first attempt to see if i could get the twin tines right in relationship to the middle blade and overall i like it but be working to improve. next update will be two swords both requests then i will be getting onto a big batch of axes, tridents and katars."
7 Dec 2004	Baelin	Loading... Glad to hear that you are going to be making more tridents. I was just wondering if you happened to get my sword request? I'm not in a hurry to get it if you did but if you didn't let me know. I really hope you will draw it for me. You are the best weapons drawer on elfwood as far as i'm concerned. Right now time I fairly limited on my side, working an average of 20 hour days right now. Blergh. Thanks for the compliments though I still think I have a way to go before I am good and worthy of that praise, there are a ton of others a lot better then me I think."
8 Dec 2004	Baelin	Loading... If there are better i'd like to have a link to their galleries cuz i haven't found them yet and i've been looking around elfwood for a long time lol. I'll go ahead and resend it. Like i said i'm not in a hurry to get it so don't worry about that lol. 20 hour days...Man when do you sleep...Or are you like me and simply don't lol. Well i'm off to send that request now. Later days.
