A mountain dragon called calen'orodith or calen for short. Very wise yet very dangerous. age- i never know how to age my dragons i'd say 500, mountain dragons living up to 10,000 years plus. size- almost 300ft in length (nose tip to tail tip) height: 100ft, wingspan getting to almost 600ft. skin is incredibly tough, like granite or marble. is a very cunning dragon, and highly devious,-likes his treasure and many a knight and other dragon tried to take it. lives in the korodoth mountains. ish highly tempted to do a background so might add one of his mountain range. media-colour pencils calen'orodith (c) to me , no stealie or you're his breakfast!

hey... you have a nice gallery here, I wish I had the time to stop ant comment on all your pics... but I'll have to make this quick...

Beying a dragon lover my self, I will post some critick here... I do hope you won't mind...

Well... it seems fine, just a small thing really... I think his head is a bit small in relation to the proportions of the rest of his body... And this goes for a few more of your dragons here... anyways, other then that, you seem to have the anatomy preatty well in hand...

one thing you should work on a little more is your backgrounds... I see that most of your pics have no souch thing... a white background is good for presenting a character... though my souggestion is that you always make a background... even for presentations... even if you only incloude a horison line and a bit of shadow to show were the char is sitting...

ANyways, just one last question... for this picture... is the dragon covered in fur... or are those scales... anyways, I hope I did not offend, and I wish you luck with your future works...

P.S.
If you could find the time to stop by my gallery and live some CC on my pics... I would be most greatful...

:-) Becky Camfield replies: "firstly-wow big comment o.o heh thankies >.>as for backgrunds i seriously hate doing them and i did plan him one i just di not ever feel like putting them in and i do i hate how they end up -meh lazy artist XD as for proportions i'd say he is fine, and after browsing your gallery might say your heads look a tad large compared to body and wings too small looking in sumcases but as i have said many a time, to each his own design, we have no living dragons to draw so we each create our own view ^^ on other note i love your latest coloured drawing a friend in need ^^ and chris acheliols is a fantasy artist whose quite famous and dragon spell is one of his-can get it at most online poster stores hehe. but still yours is great your dragons have great form ^^ heh "

The details on this are amazing. I really like how you did the horns and the contrasting blue and green colors complement each other well. Excellent job! I like the blue one you did too with the grassland (Africa or perhaps Australia) setting as well, but this one just seems to speak to me.

:-) Becky Camfield replies: "um that dragon was purple not blue lol and was in a different realm not this one heheh.as for this one i soo like his horns too they where the first things to get coloured ^^"

It's awesome. I love the use of colors, and the detail especially around the head. The wing and shoulder joint are a little close compared to most dragon art I've seen, but I like it.

13 Becky Camfield replies: "hehehe to each his own style of dragon ^^ it's just how i see them and draw them."

Oh wow, I saw this at Elftown. You greatly deserve the honor you got. I love it! It's fantastic! I especially like the head. The horns are cool. How ever did you find the patience to draw the scales and details in his fur? Please come to my gallery and check out my dragons.

:-) Becky Camfield replies: "*sighs* he ish not furry >.< just my scanner picked up every pencil stroke it seems and so gives the appearence of fur. He meant to have hard skin and was trying to do a rocky like surface, oh well."
