SciFi and Fantasy Art wings by Becky Camfield

A species related in some ways to the dragats-mainly the pixie dragats. The main difference being these have legs(not shown in drawing) they have 4 and best descibed as cats with wings. they are predators and hunt mainly small bugs and reptiles and eggs. The have a wingspan of about 50cm -it has also been noted that the colour in the wings is a) a sign of life, pale wings usaully hint the creature is on edge of death b) that these guys contain poison-some bigger animals are known to eat these guys but not many do not and even then it is as a last resort. yet to name them - this is a wing study if you like-they have spotted fur aswell done with pencils

Becky Camfield replies: "well if yah read the description it'd tell you the wingspan is 50cm. so the body is smaller than a kitten but bigger than a normal butterfly"
