I guess as a gargoyle he would have plenty of the patience one needs for chess. He certain looks like he's in no hurry.
I think this would have a little more involvement for chess aficionados if you gave Muldrew the black pieces, thus indicating he was waiting for the white player (the viewer) to start the game. | |
