SciFi and Fantasy Art Celestial Masquerade by Donna Bond

At the Celestial Masquerade, angels dress as demons and vice versa. I think the masques give that away. This is sort of a mock up of an old Art Nouveau piece from the turn of the 20th century. The poses are the same but the original involved two human girls and no masques or lemon trees. This is coloured pencil on some wicked cool computer paper with a 'frame' around it. I got a complaint recently that there are not enough pretty black ladies in fantasy art so I personally want to do my part to rectify that!

I promised I would say no more, because I would probably be upsetting someone... So, beautiful! Though I like the red haired female better. I don't know, I just have a thing for red, green, and silver hair! Your darker skinned female: She is equally pretty, but I think there might be something off with the shape of her head. I mean, the top. I would think it would be built up slightly more. It looks a bit... flattened. But still, Should be hanging in museum. Yeppers. ++Murasaki no Ryuu++
