	Kurt and Hank have a well-thought out discussion about the finer points of shampooing blue fur. I love Beast's new look. Catlike and awsome. I like how Nightcrawler came out, too. I would like to finish this sometime. If only I could find the original drawing...

4 Apr 2004	Hannah	Loading... i agree. this is the best nightcrawler on all of elfwood. seriously. there are all these people who do SHAME to kurt and you just...wow...perfect. i love how he's squatting like that. it's very believable how he can have all his weight on his toes. and even though i HATE beast as the fuzzy thing he is now, i have to say you help him pull it off really well. keep up the good work!!!!!!!!!!

26 Jul 2008	Brandon Scott LoBianco	Loading... great drawing but what is with this new beast design? He’s a real guy who happened to get blue fur. When did he all of a sudden become this dog faced thing. No offense to your art, which is great, just hate the new direction Marvel decided to go in. Kory Bingaman replies: "Beast went through a second evolution back in 2001 in the Grant Morrison/Frank Quitely E is for Extinction arc. His whole deal is that while he’s one of the smartest minds on the planet, his body seems to keep devolving down. He started out as a guy with ape-like features (large hands and feet, strength, and agility), then became more ape-like, and with his second evolution he became more feline-like. He’s still like this today, although the current X-Men artists don’t draw him quite as catlike as Frank Quitely did (I think he has regular plantigrade feet now) So I mean it’s not exactly a "new" thing, this has been this way for like seven years. "
