| 16 Jan 2001 | Igino Giordano | Loading...uh yeah! This isn't just "fan art". Man, it's great; wonderful rendered with tons of details! just ...wow. | |
| 18 Jan 2001 | BlackHeart | Loading...Woo hoo!!! I love the expression on the Genestealer's face! I've seen a similar model of this in a White Dwarf mag...I thin either no. 193 or 194 but it was of an Imperial Guard....still rocks tho!In fact, I remember that model, although it wasn't really what I had in mind when I did Zeno...(frankly what I tought was:'Let's just hope nobody notices the basic similarities to "Watching The Border Marches..."') I also wanted the mood to be slightly different, considering Zeno had to chop up the Warrior in close combat whereas the Catachan girl had a Heavy Bolter (that cheater!) | |
| 6 Feb 2001 | Dorian Knight | Loading...Actually to refresh your memory it was a female Imperial Guard in Mike McWays masterclass, Im at school so i dont have the chanse to see which one it was in but i believe it was 196 or 197... If it helps but i think it is a wery good picture, you should send it in to Games Workshop maybe you`ll get a position among the Painters... | |
| 14 Mar 2001 | Brandon L. Godfrey | Loading...Wow, looks great! His armor really looks lik eit's taken a beating, him too judging by that leg. Great rendition of a space marine, the warhammer 40k universe is a great one to take inspiration from I've found.Yeah, sometimes I think fanart like this is kinda cheap, but then the 40k universe is so visually exciting... Hieroneymus Bosch plus SciFi ... you can't go wrong with that! | |
| 30 Apr 2001 | G.H. 'Trace' Webster III | Loading...This is by far the best 40K work I have seen up (including my own). I love the armor paint scheme. You should upload some pics of your painted mini's. | |
| 23 Oct 2001 | Arne Reuter | Loading...Yeah, great. You should actually see the miniatures. They have all these little details (the wasp and other insignia) painted on them. A whole army of them is standing in a display in our local gaming store. Now I only have to take his miniatures painting workshop coming up in November and I will be as good as him. He says. Because it's just so easy. He says. Hehh - so you've seen the light by now, I hope! It *is* easy. Or at least a mere matter of technique... Hope you've been busy painting the last couple of weeks, eh? | |
| 6 Jan 2002 | Kjellm | Loading...What chapter (well, obviously a DIY one, but beyond that)?Fire Wasps; unknown founding, Salamanders Successors. Veterans may remember a Titan Legion from around 1989 of that name (now defunct, I guess). I liked the name and logo; though I reversed the trangle in the badge as that looks somewhat slicker... | |
| 15 Dec 2002 | Anonymous | Loading...Great picture even though id prefer if it was the humans head on the floor. Poor genestealer. | |
| 29 Mar 2004 | Pedge | Loading...XLent drawing, and as beeing an artist too (even if i've never too much drawed about WH40K), I say it's really great. Good colours, proportions, etc ... Maybe just a little bit flashy, but it does not "kill" the art. The only thing that disturbs me is that the head of the dead is a "tyty"!!!! | |
| 11 Aug 2004 | | Loading...Very impressive, he looks tough. does he have anny powers or so? i mean if he fights demlons or so... | |
