SciFi and Fantasy Art ´The Return of Dragons´ by Oliver Booms


	This was basically an ink drawing given a quick colouring on the computer - 'just to see what it'd look like; cheesy lensflare and all.' I like the sky; it pretty much establishes the mood I was going for.

It has a nice style and feel to it. One thing that I think could make it better would be to have the dragon less scratchy and more filled in, but that's just being picky! good job!

19 Mar 2000	Julie K Gele	Loading... Not cheesy at all. I've seen pics where the artist just uses the lense flare because they like the effect, but this makes it look real, not all fake like others. The sunset, or sunrise, if you want to get technical, like the dawn of a new era or something equally stereotypical, is spectacular and the inking incredible.

Raises a bushy eyebrow But technology aside, It looks like you were camping in my backyard that night. Indeed squints those are my excellent mountains, and that has been the disposition of the weather lately. sighs Quite moody, if you ask me. I'd like to see a few more of your pictures, hmm? shuffles off

I usually illustrate stuff I've written or am planning to write, but that doesn't mean the image is restricted to a single text.
