"Heavenly Bodies" by Ryan Bourret

I like this picture, but the griffen looks way too human and the right hind leg looks totally unhinged. I mean it's WAY too long. On the other hand, I like the dragon's head and the texture of the skin.

Being a Dungeon Master this pic honestly depicts two of the most noble creatures of the flyng (and only two) though there are many these two really stand alone !!!

this is a copy of the idea of Matti Aumala's picture. It has the gryphon in the exact same position and the same angle. Check it out its in his fantasy gallery. But im sure u already know that

Its obvious they are very similar, but all I can say is that I did not rip off his picture. I drew this in early 2002, and posted it around then as well. I'm not sure when he drew his. Either way, I am very much against stealing ideas for pictures as I've had it happen to me twice here at Elfwood. Whether you beleive me or not doesn't really bother me though."

Whoever that flamer was I have also seen that pic and they look nothing alike! That was a picture of Leviathan and a griffon. This is a great pic. I love your style!! Keep up the good work!

Actually i wouldnt say that guy was a flamer. Just trying to inform. The picture is suspiciously alike. And matti aumala is not a guy... Shes an exelent artist and so are you, im sure its just a coincedince.

Hi! I found my way here by trying to see how many times my old name still turns up in Elfwood, and was drawn here by the anonymous comment blaming you for plagiarism. I too was amazed by the eerie similarities between this drawing and my Griffon and Leviathan, but I do by no means blame you for copying me. Since I was not aware of your work before, I can only wonder how we managed to produce two so similiar pieces apparently almost at the same time, unbeknownst to each other. It almost makes me wonder about the nature of reality itself... (BTW, I am actually a she, not a he, although a lot of people, including doctors, have been confused about the issue over the years. )

The griffon seems so small and worthless, the dragon so noble and great! but the griffon hides a secret power unknown to that of a dragon! I have no idea wat it is but still it makes a good sentence!
