I have never seen merfolk drawn this way. 'Tis different, and that is what makes it so cool. 2 You do a nice job, considering you havent been coloring very long. Good stuff.

Yeah, you're right. The other one is better. This one is good in it's own right but I think that the shading is better in the other one and it seems to have more depth. Also the other one looks more fragile and feminine (not that those terms go together because I'M certainly not fragile). Somehow this one doesn't flow as well as the other one but it's agreat piece nonetheless.

why are you gonna take it down? I hate coloring pieces. I'm getting better at it but I just really like the way monochromatic pieces come out. or sometimes leaving everything black and white except for some tiny important part in color.
