A new year, a new update. So whats New? Not a whole lot really, still living in NYC, still drawing, still working on my comicbook. As always, I really appreciate the support and constructive criticism of the fans out there. Thanks for commenting and checking back so often inspite of my lack of updates. I'm sorry about that, I will try to do better in the future.

BIO: Here's the deal. I love all forms of art and I tend to dabble in a lot of them. I graduated from Old Dominion University in May 2001 with a B.A. in Theatre and Illustration. In December 2001 I moved from Virginia Beach to NYC and have been pursuing a career in acting and comicbooks. I've been drawing since day one. In my 26 years I've done a lot of artwork, everything from glorified stick men, figure studies, graphic art and design to comic books and still life. I've tried most mediums at least once. But I find I have more fun with the comicbook styled/fantasy inspired art. Which is what you will find here more often then not.

Lately I've been specializing in RPG character portaits. Its a great way to practice figure drawing and I love the design aspect of it. I think I've done somewhere around 160 different character portaits. I'm sure most of them will find their way here eventually. Rarely do I draw random *generic* characters. It helps to know what I'm drawing before I put pencil to paper. So Every character you see here has a name, a backstory, and a purpose. They all have a place in a much larger picture, my comicbook. Feel free to ask me questions, make suggestions, and give feedback on my work. I can take criticism as well as praise--bring it--I'd love to hear what you guys think.

Speaking of comics, there is a new web-publishing site called zeros 2 heroes. It seems similar to zuda.com (though I’m not sure how either site chooses what to publish). I recommend z2h because of an excellent fantasy comic on their site called Black Jack O’Breen (They have plenty of other genres too - SciFi, Humor, superhero (Blake Undying is worth a look too), etc.).
