| 4 Dec 2003 | Anon. | Loading...Very cool and impressive. I should point out that HK just released the "final" re-design for the M8, and it actually looks very different than the G36 now. They've also apparently made it incredibly versatile, and made it easily re-configurable into PDW, sniper, and SAW configurations. Check this link out: http://world.guns.ru/assault/as61-e.htm The suits on your other images rock. I especially liked your version of the Starship Troopers uniform, being a fan of the book. Brian D. Rogers replies: "Yeah...the XM8s look really nice, and from what I hear, perform extraordinarily well. Thanks for the link and the comment. " | |

I guess I'm somewhat of a gun artist too except instead of drawing them i rebuild them with wood and metal parts. PS: Would you mind if I built one of your guns? Brian D. Rogers replies: "Go ahead, I'd like to see it."
| 22 Dec 2004 | DJ PSYC | Loading...Looks like you combined the german G36 series from Heckler&Koch with the the m16 or m4 series (not sure)into one piece well.i actually hate the m series of colt. heckler&Koch forever XD!!! very good design its quite realistic | |

| 23 Jan 2005 | Joel 'Jud' Nicholson | Loading...I love it, loks like the m8/m4 hybrid, i think there is one problem, the verticle grip would be somewhat useless as the forearm grip is just as good, the verticle grip would work betetr on a smaller version, otherwise, sweet! | |
| 26 Sep 2005 | Mr. Finland | Loading...You're really talented at all this technical stuff! Seriously, the M8 looks like it's been designed by the top designers at Alliant Techsystems (designer of the XM29 and XM4). Keep up the good work! | |

| 25 Aug 2006 | Anonymous | Loading...Hey as a fellow gun artist i can greatly appreciate the intricate design and probably the time it took for you to create this. I have one question, where does the gas from the when it fire escape from, i didn't see a chamber opening?
Or maybe there's not suposed to be one.
I'm not sure I've never really been a fan of caseless ammo, it seems very impractical to me.
Also one more thing. If you ever redesign the rifle you might want to configure it as a bullpup instead of having the mag on top. From reloading an FN P90 I can tell you, it is not an easy task to take the mag off. It's a lot easier to let gravity do the work.
