Yeah, especially with the new Land Warrior system becoming a thing in the army. Pretty soon it'll be cut down to maybe 5 soldiers a platoon. That'll cut the squads and fireteams down even more to 2-3 soldiers. Oh well, nothing we can really do about it. Or can we....

I like that you have Fireteams, Usually there is more then just a Sgt. but it's your drawing and organization!

12 Brian D. Rogers replies: "Yes, usually a Lt. commands a platoon, yet this is a a rifle squad one of several in a platoon, and those are generally led by Corporals. However, I figure it will change a lot anyhow, because military forces are likely to get smaller as technology improves so there might squads going into battle alone and thus maybe commanded by a Lt. Who knows?"

That is a sweet team, but they all look exactly thae same. I would change a couple of them, kepp the same theme but change the helmets and colors a little bit. You should use the helmets from your other pic.

besides the fact that organization is mispelled in the title, all i have to say is have 2 gl guys, one with 306, and one with m8, and label the non gl rifleman as TL, as to avoid confusion. also this would cut it down to just 3 in a squad which would actually be pretty effective.

pics look cool but a team is 3 to 5 people and is commanded but a cpl or a sgt. 4-5 teams make up a squad. witch is led by a sgt to a ssg in some cases a sfc. 3 to 4 squads make a platoon witch is led by the plt sgt. who is a sfc to a msg and a lt. and out of 3-5 platoons a company is ran by the first sgt and the cpt.

Army organization consists of two 4-man fire teams, often led by a corporal, that make up a squad commanded by a sergeant or possibly a corporal. Only two teams to a squad. Marine Corps uses three fire teams of 4 men per squad. Now you know
