After receiving a comment on my original druid picture, I followed the link that was left by the commentor to her personal picture gallery. As I recall, I threatened at the time to use one of her pics as a reference for a new piece, to which she responded that it would be all right as long as I let her know beforehand. I did in fact end up referencing one of her pictures, and she has been gracious enough to allow me to post it here. :) Still not getting exactly the light/dark split that I was going for, but I think I may be getting a bit better.

As always, your work fills me with envy and admiration, Brian. Why this was passed over for "moderator's choice," I'll never know, but I personally think it's one of the best color pieces you've ever done.It was passed over for mod's choice because I suxxor. Or something. I'm passed trying to figure it out. Glad you liked it, though 2

I like this one very much. Her clothing is intriguing. There is a story behind this one.Seems like kind of a sad story, but that could just be my mood.

Oh, her shirt! Sweet heavens, I love that shirt!! I think that there is a lot to like here.I kind of like the shirt too. Wonder how much it would cost to make one? I bet my wife would wear it. Thanks 2

Well, I must admit it's odd reading posts about a character based after myself. Sir, you do me too much honor, use as many pictures of me as you like! Thanks again for letting me be your muse. You are most welcome, and thank you very much for not thinking I was some kind of loon when I asked you. As you can see, it was time well spent. Or, at least, I think so anyway.

Oh my...I love the blue-ness you put on her skin to give that impression of her feeling down about someting that had happend. And the light that shines down on her is beautiful on her. And I really like the choice of colrs you gave for her cloths and everything eles. Great Job on this one alot.

Ooh, this one is also beautiful. I love her hair and outfit. You have such a soft and realistic style. I love the background the best though. You created so much depth.
