Instantly I reminded of when I was little, in the forests of New Hampshire, I used to go and sit on a huge boulder shaped something like this one. It used to overlook a little pond, and I used to pretend that the dragonflies and mosquitos that were buzzing around the pond were really fairies. It was the place I used to go when I wanted to be alone. I'm an artist too, and I've been trying to capture that place on canvas for so long. This is almost exactly like it.
