Unicorns are my favorite mythical creature; and I don't mean white arabians with crystaline horns on their heads. I've always pictured unicorns as the most real of the conventional fantastic figures . . . spirits of nature and balance. A sudden feeling of security. A blur in the corner of your eye, gone before you can turn to look.

I don't particularly care for the long-haired curved-horn unicorns, but this is a wonderfully successful picture. As usual, my favorite parts are the sunset and wine-stained clouds.

There are many different versions of unicorns but I think this is one of the most original I've seen. It's not just a real animal with one horn placed on it's forehead. It's truly it's own species. Great work! And inspiring!

Neat! I like how you make the horn look like the crescent moon (or the crescent moon look like his horn, I'll leave it up to future viewers to decide which). It's one of the best unicorn pictures I've seen.

it does look like the moon is penetrating the unicorns skull but then again you can see the sun setting right near it so that cant have been your intentions. by the way Kelsey, a unicor IS a horse with a horn stuck on its head, and that is precisely what Brett has drawn. rather beautifully may I say.

I have always loved unicorns, too...I feel the same way, I mean, about them being more than just a pretty pony lol.
The design is very original, in my opinion...I like how "Glo ’the Bug’ Bowden" likened its horn to a crescent moon. Very cool!
