SciFi and Fantasy Art Amaranth Swiftblade by Bryan ´CranialTyrant´ Williams


	This young high elf of the Forgotten realms knew nothing of what the outside world would hold for him. Setting out on his own though however, he would soon find out. This is a character I used to play in an online free form RPG that I hope to one day drag out of moth balls and play a gain.

22 Dec 2003	Lynn	Loading... I have to disagree, I like the placement of the mouth. The expression is simply wonderful. The placement of the mouth only adds the the expression. Any how, not everyone is the perfect distances that are stated in art books. Very good job! Love it. (something tells me he's about to say "bring it on", maybe it's just me) the hair and shading is great, but i would suggest lowering his mouth a little. Bryan 'CranialTyrant' Williams replies: "Actually, I somewhat extended the chin on him, I had several people before I put it here say he looked too 'girly' so I tried to give him somewhat more of a 'manly' chin, LOL. Thank you so much, I may just try to shorten it up a little bit to balance it a little better."

One of the most expressive pics I have ever seen on elfwood or otherwise. Perfect. I like the arched eyebrow and the delicate curl of the lips. The ears and the hair is great too! Bryan 'CranialTyrant' Williams replies: "Thanks! I was trying to capture the arrogance of the character and as Victoria stated have the 'bring it on' look to his face like he's ready for anything."
