Caltsar enjoys his sports kites, and thus I drew him doing what he has fun doing.
I tried to keep in mind a creature with wings handling a kite that's cabable of lifting you off the ground, while in high winds as it is.  Makes for an interesting bout of fun in the park, I'd say.

 

I learned a bit about kites in drawing this, getting references and whatnot.  Fun times.  Action shots are so entertaining to do.
