	The Blue Mage was very much a doodle. One day, I found myself with 15 minutes between classes, and there was a piece of paper on the table, and a pen in my pocket. I usually avoid drawing anything on the backs of college advertisements, and I normally don't draw things with pen. But sometimes diving in, blind, and working on pure inspiration, is the best thing to do. Blue ball-point pen on paper.

Timothy Kou replies: " Well, the 2 is symbolic of . . . poor improvisation. Yeah. It shouldn't be a 2. hehe. It was meant to be a normal tattoo, not a special ta2. But, working with only ink, I don't seem to have any choice but to leave it."
