SciFi and Fantasy Art The Enchanter´s Dance by Timothy Kou

A scene inspired by Lloyd Alexander's Prydain chronicles. The characters are from The True Enchanter in Alexander's collection of Prydain short stories, The Foundling. Princess Angharad of the House of Llyr, and Geraint, the man that wins her heart. I included the bauble from his other series, since it is an enchanted object of Llyr, and it probably would have belonged to Angharad before Eilonwy inherited it.

I haven't read the chronicles in a good long while (although I am slowly collecting them for my shelf) and I have never heard of these short stories you mention. Timothy Kou replies: "Thanks Anita! You should be able to find The Foundling in any book store. But if your's doesn't have it, I'm sure you can find it on Amazon.com or some such online book place. I highly recommend the book though."

16 Aug 2005	L.Z. ´Seyrah´ Draegeth	Loading... Agh, had I not commented on this? It's beautiful! I like that Angharad is smiling, and her hair is just flawless--you always do wonderful hair. I see what Dawn means about the pleather-y look to her clothes, though; in this medium, you seem to have a really smooth style that makes everything look a little futuristic. Beautiful work. As usual. Timothy Kou replies: "Haha! Pleather. Well, maybe I'll find time to go back and add some more cloth texture to it. I'm actually still not completely satisfied with Geraint. Thanks a bunch for commenting. Seeya around."

At the school library, I held "the foundling" in my hands for about 20 minutes thinking about borrowing it . . . but i picked up more kids books instead. Now I'm thinking I should have checked it out. It's really neat to see Angharad. Beautiful work. Honestly . . . and not because it's Prydain stuff, but because it's awesome. You've truly mastered the medium for sure. Timothy Kou replies: "Well, at least it's the library, and you can call them and have them hold it so you can get it out later (hint, hint).
