| 20 Sep 2003 | Gemma Helena Williams | Loading...The use of colour in this is rather cool. I think that the green and yellow work in a groovy way with each other. Its nice to see a coloured in piccy (smiles) hee hee Caitlin Shae Baxter replies: "oh, yay, comment!! *grins big* Thank you so much for the complement! I like how the colors in this one turned out, too. It was one of those times where everything just went the way I hoped it would. Green and yellow just seemed to be the right colors for him... even when I was drawing him out in pencil, that's what I saw him as. As for colored pictures... I really like colors, but coloring the picture usually covers up or at least down-tones the shading and details I've drawn in, and I don't want to do that. Even with ones that I do color, I usually scan then in before I color them, so I have both verisons (as with this guy). I am working on doing more colored ones, though. " | |
