Ashaba is the name of the assassin. In my never to be finished book the assassin was known by reputation to be the deadliest man alive. Too bad Ashaba was a woma

hmm.. I'm assuming Ashaba is the one with the sword? Neat take that the deadliest assassin alive would be a woman! Probably why she hadn't been caught/killed.

Seems like a great pic, but in the small format on a computer screen, it is very dark and hard to make out the assassin behind the lizard-guy. Wish I could see the original. What size was the original, and what medium?

Your commenters should be lynched for their inconsideration! THe shadowing is FANTastiC! THe swooning lizardmen--the extended torch--such mastery. . so profound!! and how the assassin is poised behind the guard in the shadows to CONFIRM that she is in fact swift and surreptitious --then the stone cornice of the door catches the light so vividly--as well as the metal bands about the doorway and the wood! THis should be published in Advanced DUngeons and Dragon's THIRD EDITION BOOKS! THis is professional indeed! My how that blade looks malicious. . primed to bite the back. . .to assail the flesh. MAGNIFICO

Nice composition and sense of drama throughout this one. I also like the dark appearance that it has. It helps to add to the over all theme.

The colors, the light and the proprotions are very impressive, i love the soft glow around the torch, and the way it casts shades around the figures,The movement in this one is also dramatic.this picture is trully impeccable, except of one thing, the image seems to be so small, but despite from that, i just love the picture tremendiously

Holy COW...why didn't I stumble upon this treasure trove earlier??? (pounds head on monitor screen) I could plunge into a depression just by looking at your art Jason!!! Now all we have to do is to pray very hard that you get discovered by those who can give you the recognition and fame you deserve!!!

Whoa! This is very good.... The lighting and shadow work is amazing, but I think special mention must go to the amazing looking background. Amazing.
