I love your work i mean this makes me feel as if almost a battle was fought on this hill and a great king was buried here and the dragon is respectful enough to honor him i love this painting

:-) Candace E. Bell replies: "Wow, such a good imagination, I’m not sure what is suppose to be happening, I just painted it he he, But I really like your idea *wink* "

that's an awesome picture. . .the dragon looks determinened, a little sad. . .(s)he definitly looks proud and noble. . .
but the thing I really like is how much this pic leaves to the imagination. . .like, why is he holding the flag? what went on here?

2 Candace E. Bell replies: "He he, I love leaving room for people to think, and even though I painted it I wonder the same thing lol. Thanks so much for your comment, and all the nice things you said about this peice *smile*"

It first came to mind that the dragon´s rider has died in battle and noble creature has came to honor his begone companion. Sad but so beautiful...

2 Candace E. Bell replies: "I like leaving some to the imagination, it seems to have worked *grin* thanks for your thoughts."
