Where did you live in Spain? I was in Sevilla for 6 months...You have a good grasp of how to use watercolors (much better than mine), I'd like to see more.

:-) Kevin Michael Burke replies: "I lived in Vitoria in the Basque country for almost two years. Thanks!"

You show signs of promise, although you seem to be a little heavy handed on the pencils or something; Your lines look dotty, but that could also be the pencil I guess. I honestly, have only had minimal exp with watercolor pencils. I would suggest studying expression a little more if you want to work on your realism. your skill with the details of the body are nice but the faces are too generic in their ability to convey personality and emotion. your use of color seems to be your strong point. Not a single pic has a color that doesn't look right. Good work! Keep it up!

:-) Kevin Michael Burke replies: "Thanks. I appreciate your comments and shall hopefully be able to improve in showing personality in faces in the future. Let me know what you think next upload."

Hi Kevin. You visited my gallery last September, while I was offline with moving, so I thought I'd drop by your gallery. Your work is really good. I love your dragons. You said mine were better than yours, but I disagree. Yours are much better! Hey, once they go through the queue, I have a new series of dragons on their way You might want to stop and see. Meantime, keep up the great work!
