These creatures you draw are sweet, you could make creatures for the next generation of star wars movies =P

:-) Carl Johan Olsson replies: "Thanks, but after episodes 1 and 2, I think I be too embarased to put my name to it."

Welcome to the woods, Carl! **blinks at monsters** Very cool! Creepy, yet awesome! The ink jobs on them are really good! =*^-^*=

:-) Carl Johan Olsson replies: "Creepy is good."

I really like your creative and unusual creatures. They're detailed enough to evoke images in my head, but sketchy enough that I don't pay too much attention to "artsy" detail. More please!

:-) Carl Johan Olsson replies: "We certainly don't want any of that artsy-fartsy stuff."

yay Pixel-art!
are you up for an art collaboration piece? I can do the colouring if you want, if you provide some lineart (preferable done your pixel-y way with the mspaint-like program!)
e-mail me!

:-) Carl Johan Olsson replies: "Pixels, yes, pixels. Collab, yes, I'll dig up some line art. If you follow the way of the pixel you should head over to Pixelation. Lot's of pixels and collabs do be there."

This has got to be the most unique gallery I've come across on Elfwood. Your drawings are good, but your pixel creatures are amazing!!! The detais are cool and the shading is out of this world. It's even more impressive when you stop to think that some of them had color limitations on them. Very nice. I'm looking foreward to seeing more.

:-) Carl Johan Olsson replies: "All the pencil work up here is quite aged and largely unfinished, while my pixelworks usually reach completion and pixels have the pleasant trait that they are edited very cleanly."

hahaha! no way man! pixel art?! that's crazyyy awesome! hahaha. Mad cool.

:-) Carl Johan Olsson replies: "Just because I happen to be lightly crazed and also happen to pixel, doesn't mean that the pixels are the primary source of the aforementioned crazedness, though it probably has played a small role in it's development."

Wow... pixel-art. Hardly anyone does that anymore.

*Loves the old-school video game look*

I bloody love your 16-bit-Style Pics! They are somehow really touching for the nostalgic ones (like me), and also they are very detailed and very very well done! Would like to see animations of that stuff!
Why do you claim you are bad at colors? Cant copy that.

There's some decent work here, man! We should have talked more about art while we had the chance ...
