Allison is a college student majoring in both Computer Science and Studio Art/Sculpture. She does almost exclusively fantasy work, largely based on stories she writes.
 
 
 
Hello! Who is this crazy person, you may be wondering? Well, I'm a college student in Minnesota who hates snow, hates cold, and hates finals. So I'm out of luck around this time of year. But I still do manage to get a little art done, and a few stories (look in my library spot!), so take a look around and let me know what you think! Coming soon will be digital photos of the paintings I've been working on all semester (both acrylic and aquaoil), and direct scans of the silver jewelry I've likewise been doing. Amazing work, i must say. Yes, sadly, i am not an elfwood artist, but i feel as though i will be. Heh. Your shading is incredible, and the detail is great. I begin to wonder how long it takes you to finish these on average. Well, off i am to work on my webcomic.... Keep up the great work!

:-) Allison Leigh Cassel replies: "Hrm, well, the time it takes to finish something depends on how complex it is... some things (Signs of Chaos, Hanami, the Christmas card) take a ridiculous amount of time, others (Allmighty, Dance) are just quick drawings or sketches..."
