I wanted to draw a tinker (gypsy vanner)and something blue, this is what came out .The fire  in the background isn´t supposed to look realistic.I think I should have left out the fire because it draws off the attention from the unicorn. It was alot of fun to draw anyway :D

made with prismacolor pencils, watercolours and ink

I think the fire in the background looks lovely and makes the whole picture come to life.
Dont think you should be unhappy about it at all!

:-) Konsi Wagner replies: "thank you so much 1 but i think i should have made the colours of the fire a bit lighter at least"

Thanks you like the tour. I’m afraid there aren’t so many visitors. And it might now take a long time until the update gets published.
I can’t stop staring at this picture. The tail is awesome!

I didn’t know that Gypsys were affectionately called tinkers. I love the breed!13

:-) Konsi Wagner replies: "gypsys are the greatest horses ever 1 where i live in germany they are only known as tinker or irish tinker, nobody ever calls them gypsy vanners here.but its in fact the same breed"

I love the way the movement in the tail resembles the movement of the flames. I think the one color thing could work because the paint pattern on the uni adds just enough of a different pattern to stand out. One suggestion (can’t be changed, but I’ll say it anyway) would be to consider having the mane flowing upwards and blend in with the lines of the flame. That way the contours of the uni’s body would be more discernible from the background. Lovely work, regardless.

:-) Konsi Wagner replies: "Thank you so much 1yea thats a really good idea but (as you said) it can´t be changed. anyway next time i do a fireunicorn i will do it that way"
