She's one of my characters from 'Legends of the 5 Rings', a samuraiko of the Otaku Battle Maiden School. The women of that school are the best riders of whole Rokugan and live with their horses as their best friends. So Akane has coloured her hair like the fur of her mare Ukote.

She's...just...fantastic!...the only I have to say really, is that, that's not what the Unicorn armour looks like.....But great job with her form, and he hirses mane! ^^

not one that i woud truly take any interest in. her boddy would appear to be limp and lifeless and even the horse seems to take no action. there, the wizard has spoken

Great picture. Everythings wonderful. you're one of the artists who can actually draw a horse! yay! But one minor detail..either that horses chest is waaaaaaaaay to big, or it's head is to small. I think it's the head. And yeah..it looks like it's walking, but as someone else said..only two legs on one side are raised at the trot..^_- otherwise,i luv it!

Ahh, Otaku Battle Maidens? Love em. Wish I could still play the RPG, but noone in my city plays it that I know of. Love the facial features and the armor.

The head is definately too small, the aforementioned legs could use work, and the hindquarters should be bigger when compared to the chest. The rider is a tad lifeless. Otherwise it is GREAT!

Look, people-- There's nothing wrong with that horse. The gait the horse may be in is a show gait called a pavade, where the horse picks up both legs on one side at a time and high-step-trots. The horse's head may be a little on the small side, but a few breeds actaully have small heads in proportion with the rest of them.

::grin:: I think she's beautifully done.

Hey, Sister of the Wind! Glad to see I am not alone 2
My main criticism would be that she seems to be almost sitting _in_ the horse because her armour comes so low. Other than that, nice horse 2
