  | I had no idea what I was going to draw for the February MAG, so I sat down and stared at a piece of paper, hoping that in some burst of artistic inspiration I'd whip up a masterpiece. It didn't work. After pounding my head into the desk a few times, I decided to try for a poster-look. Everything else from there on out was completely random. I hate it when I do that ^_^ It didn't turn out too bad, so I guess random paid off in this instance. Though the fact that it wasn't planned probably played a big part in the 7, count em, 7 hours I spent drawing this. Anything over two is way too much for me. But at least two of those seven hours was me spacing out and eating and stuff, so I'm exaggerating a little. It sure felt like forever though :) The composition is really unbalanced! Argh. I do believe I've hit on my final style. I like it like this, so this is how I'm going to draw from here on out :) |
