Tag As FavoriteComment		Yet another picture for the LiveJournal Gryphon Exchange community. This picture is a portrait of Sunraven’s gryphon character, Kry’Lova Tez. He’s a kestrel/puma gryphon, quite obviously. This picture was an experiment with a more realistic style, and I am quite pleased with the result. Yep.

I love it - the ears are great and it's good to see a falcon-gryph! (Me thinks Mercedes Lackey might have been a partial influence?) I love how he/she looks like he/she's stalking prey - just waiting for the pouncing moment! Beautiful wings, too. Really splendid work!

Personally, I think it looks like a perigrin falcon/pheasant/ferret/wolverine with the tail of a mongoose. Methinks it's adorable. =@ @=

Thats awesome! I love it! I Love Gryphons! Something about the coloring on the neck reminds me of a racoon though, and it's legs should look more prominent, rather like lion legs than bird legs, but The coloring, and shading is wonderful. It looks almost like a photograph!
