Ah, my sweet, featureless plant people.  I thought up so many aspects of their culture that I was unable to really include or explain.  For example, they are born in these well-kept soil fields, and during winter they hibernate in their little earthy abodes.  Their language is that of touch and limited smell, well-suited to their serene, if short, lives.

With these small pictures I was responding to some leading topics and decided to briefly chronicle the life cycle of one of my plant people.  Here is his birth, his acceptance into the community, and his growth.  He never had a name (what is a name to a species that lacks vocal speech, anyways?) but can be identified by his spiral necklace.
