Cunningham replies: "Actually I've been seriously drawing since about fourth our fifth grade (as in saying I wanted to be an illustrator, actively trying to improve, ect), so that would be 4-3 years. I would suggest the "Figure Drawing" tutorial by William Li on the FARP pages. There's also some good ones at www.polykarbon.com. I like that, most of the time, that you work at drawing hands. When I was 14, I always went to great lengths to avoid drawing hands. Of course Fred Gallagher has a lot of trouble with hands too. H. R. D.
