Very nice. I can see that this was originally a dinosaur, his head reminds me very much of styracosaur (arr, how do you spell that..?!) but sharp teeth and long neck make him look still very draconic. Good work, gotta love his annoyed expression. ^^; And that wing looks very good too, by the way.
