Chadwick Chavez

Chadwick is a 21 year old aspiring illustrator-artist who has been doing illustrations and comic books since he was old enough to hold a pencil. His medium is pencil, pen and ink. Chad prefers fantasy illustration, but likes Science fiction as well.
 
 
 
I am a 21 year old Native American who has been illustrating and drawing since I was old enough to pick up a pencil. I enjoy b & w illustrations most, either pencil or pen and ink. At this time I have perfected my pencil works and am looking to expand my use of inks and colors into new challenges. As to my aspirations, I would like to eventually be able to make a living off illustrating novels for major publishers, or work as a penciler or inker for the comics industry. Right now, I am working with my brother who is a writer of fantasy and science fiction. He and I have a successful partnership and hopefully we will be published together someday. I like to create new worlds and beings. My dreams and my own imagination are inspiration for a lot of what I do. Sometimes the challenge is extraordinary to put something on paper, but the harder the challenge is, the more i am motivated to master it.

Like Oliver said, "the gaurdian is your masterpiece". Alot of dark (shaded character...dragon) with the light (the boy/man) seems to work very nicely. You have alot of talent.
