Here he is after making a very simple background and cut and pasting him to it. 

He is a very curious elf baby who ended up looking a bit like my baby brother. {who is no longer this small or cute}  The story behind this fellow is he found a frog with his color eyes and his skin is the childs color so he calls him his brother. I hope you like him.
