SciFi and Fantasy Art The Stone Stands by Chi Cheung


	This is supposed to be part of an animation, but I haven't had enough time to get to it. From the 'Wheel of Time' series of books: This is the scene where Rand emerges from his room in the Stone of Tear to find that his Aiel guard has been slaughtered and that Fades and Trollocs are killing the rest of his guardsmen in the large anteroom outside.

1 Jul 2000	Greg Gundersen	Loading... I like how Rand is not close enough to see his face. It leaves a lot to your personal imagination of him. The fire is awsome. And so is the chamber that there in. The soldier flying backwards is good. The one on the staircase looks a little odd. His body just isn't in the right place for being on a staircase. I think its his head I don't like. It should be leaning back or to the side unless he's not dead. But like most of your art I think its the best I've seen.

25 Jan 2001	Zarzamora Sedai	Loading... Where are the dear Aiel? The corpses are in armor and Aiel don't wear armor. Rand looks nifty. Shouldn't his hair be a bit darker? The fireball is beautiful. I like fire.
