I had to completely shave almost every hair below my neck except the tail to put this on.  Breaths nicely though. 

You wouldn't beleive the corses I had to take and the circumstances i had to tweek just to get into the U.S. Army Core, then to even get this armor.  (Flinches from the 5 broken ribs in both chests).
